Host Advocacy is dedicated to helping close the access to justice gap by empowering individuals to represent themselves in court, in administrative appeals, or through formal complaints. We believe that everyone deserves to have the ability to advocate for their own interests, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our mission is to give back power to the people by providing expert coaching, consulting, and educational resources from an experienced pro se litigant that can help you navigate various legal processes with confidence.
We teach general legal principles while specializing in family law, employment law, administrative law, consumer law, and civil rights matters. Our unique approach focuses on developing your lifelong legal skills so you can protect yourself, your family, and your community. Whether you’re a parent in family court, an employee facing workplace injustice, a consumer protecting yourself from fraud, or someone whose civil rights have been violated, Host Advocacy provides the guidance and resources you need to succeed.
Causes
Here at Host Advocacy we believe in a world free from hate, corruption, abuse, inequality, and injustice. These are basic human rights and everyone deserves to live a life where they are safe, loved, supported, and free to live as their true authentic selves.
Family Court Fraud, Abuse, and Corruption
The family court system has become rampant with fraud, abuse, and corruption. Our systems are meant to be a place for justice, yet all too often individuals and families are finding themselves victims of broken and corrupt systems. One of Host Advocacy’s core missions is to help curve the systemic abuse that is occurring in family court due to the lack of oversight, lack of accountability, lack of affordable resources, conflicts of interests, and outdated vague statutes. We advocate for higher standards and less judicial discretion, protection of parent and children’s constitutional rights, accountability for corrupt professionals and those who willfully spread misinformation, removal or revision of vague laws, and transparency.
